The Director of Marketing & Branding is responsible for providing visionary leadership to the firm's overall marketing and branding efforts, leading the marketing team, and creating a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations plan to support HFG's goals and enhance its position within the marketplace. The Director of Marketing works with leadership to create compelling media, communicate our brand identity and values, highlight recently completed projects through multiple media channels, and coordinate continuously improving firm-wide marketing materials while supporting the Business Development team.
Ideal candidates are licensed in architecture, hold 7+ years of professional experience, have a bachelor's degree in architecture (or a related field), are capable of working in all phases of design, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have a working knowledge of Revit and other related design software. You will work directly with clients, peers, and sub-consultants to manage various healthcare facilities' scopes, schedules, and budgets.
Ideal candidates hold 4+ years of professional project experience, a bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field, has excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of Revit and other related design software.
